From the moment your guests step foot into our multi-purpose and award winning room they will be blown away. They will have unrestricted views across the Waitemata Harbour, from our magnificent floor to ceiling windows. Your guests will be treated to quintessential views that is Auckland. The Harbour Bridge lights up at night with a striking lights display, and your guests will also have the impressive Rangitoto Island as their back drop. Westhaven Functions is the perfect place to demonstrate and entertain.

Whether it be a corporate or private event that you are looking at hosting, here at Westhaven Functions we have you covered. We are conveniently located right on Westhaven Marina, with unlimited free parking right at the door. We can deliver for small cocktail parties right through black tie award ceremonies.

We offer

Impeccable service from our five-star service team. Depending on the style of the event you are wishing to host, we can offer dedicated wait staff, dedicated beverage managers, and a concierge is always available to greet your guests, and cater to any of your requirements throughout the function.

Our chefs are award winning, and will prepare a menu to suit your requirements. We will cater to your guest’s requirements on the spot including vegetarian, vegan, Gluten free and dairy free. The team is capable of delivering a comprehensive a-la-carte style menu for 150 guests, or a canapé party for more.

Purpose built stage that can be used for dancing, demonstrations, bands, DJs, speeches, presentations etc. Complemented by a sound system and wireless microphone.
